We welcome visitors to our cheese house and farm.  By calling in advance
(at least 24 hours), we are able to set aside time and make arrangements
for an enjoyable visit. Please understand, there will be days when we will
be making cheese and are unable to allow visitors on those days.

We do not allow visitors in during a cheese make. Considering the time
and focus it requires, we have decided it is in the best interest of our
cheese making to not allow this.

Our cheese house has a sales/visitor room with large viewing windows.
You will be able to see the make room, our packing room and into our
walk in cooler where our wheels of cheese are aged.
Due to the strict
sanitary rules we follow, visitors are not permitted to enter beyond the
sales room.

We rotate our cattle on different pastures each day (during the months of
April through November), and will make arrangements to have the cattle
on a pasture where they can be easily seen.  We also have young heifers
close by.  We are a closed herd, so we do not allow visitors in our barns.

Our area is very scenic, full of wildlife. Bring a camera, as our area has
some beautiful places on your drive here.  Our county (Monroe) also has
some interesting tourism opportunities. Please check out Monroe County's
