Terms Of Sale:
-No Sunday Sales/ Call for appointment.
-Prefer Cash or Cashiers check for total payment.
-Will accept personal check with a 14 day holding period before pick up or delivery of cattle will be
made. Personal check(s) must clear bank before cattle leave our farm.
-A 10%, non-refundable down payment required to hold cattle for buyer. Down payment can be made
by cash, cashiers check or personal check. We will hold cattle after down payment is made for up to 14
days, at which time full payment must be made.
Down Payment For Holding Animal(s)
Occasionally we are asked to "hold" an animal for the buyer...
1. The only way to assure that you get the animal(s) offered for sale is to put down a nonrefundable
deposit of 10% of the total purchase price.
2. This deposit goes towards the purchase price of the animal(s).
3. The deposit will hold your animal(s) for a maximum of 14 days.
4. By the end of 14 days you must pick up the animal(s), make payment in full in the form of cash or
cashiers check, or arrange for financing with us in order for us to continue to hold the animal(s) for you.
5. After 14 days, all payments are forfeited if you do not make other arrangements for financing or
have not picked up your animal(s).
6. If at any time during the 14 day holding time, you decide that you do not want the animal(s), you
forfeit all payments and rites to the animal(s) and the contract is terminated. Animals then become
available to the next available buyer and no longer offered to you.
-A $2.00 per day per animal boarding fee for time animals are held by seller for the buyer will be
charged. Boarding fees are to be paid in full at the time animal(s) are to be picked up.
-A full refund will be given to buyer if seller decides not to sell animal(s) to buyer, while still in seller's
possession, should animal(s) become unfit for sale due to illness, physical impairment, or death of said
animal(s)
-Registration papers will be transferred to buyer upon full payment of cattle.
-Buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary health papers for shipment of cattle to final destination.
-Buyer must provide hauling (pick up of cattle).
-All sales are final, no guarantee or warranty on cattle once cattle leave sellers farm. Do to our
"Closed Herd" status, no animal may be returned once it has left our farm.
